Information We Collect
When you use Sizeling, we collect the following information:
- Account information — your email address and name, provided when you sign in with Apple
- Family member information — names, clothing sizes, shoe sizes, and birthdays that you choose to enter
- Photos — profile photos for family members, if you choose to add them
- Device information — push notification tokens, used to send you updates when family members' sizes are changed
- Usage data — basic app usage information to help us improve the app
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Sizeling service
- Sync your family's size information across devices
- Send push notifications when a family member's sizes are updated
- Enable size card sharing with people you choose
- Respond to your support requests
How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored using secure cloud storage.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- Family members you invite — family members you add to your Sizeling family can see the size information you enter
- Share card recipients — when you share a size card link, anyone with that link can view that family member's sizes
- Service providers — we use Supabase for data storage and Expo for push notifications, both of which are bound by their own privacy policies
- Legal requirements — if required by law
Children's Privacy
Sizeling is designed for parents and caregivers to manage information about their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All account creation is performed by adults.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@sizeling.app.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time
